Dr. Jeremy Montrose

Dr. Montrose started his dental career in Portland Oregon providing exceptional general dental care with a focus on cosmetic dentistry, dental implant placement and restoration, and complex dental reconstructions.  For over a decade he has been integrating sleep, TMD, and orthodontic treatments along with general dental care. Over the last four years he has transitioned out of his highly successful general dental practice in order to provide these limited treatments full time operating as Clinical Director for two dental centers in Colorado and with The Gelb Center in New York.

Dr. Montrose now dedicates all his time to treating the underlying causes of sleep and breathing disorders, TMD, craniofacial underdevelopment, orthodontics, orofacial pain disorders, and myofunctional disorders including lip and tongue ties in children and adults with an emphasis on functional minimally invasive techniques.  He has published articles and lectured to healthcare providers as well as the general public about the many impacts that sleep disordered breathing has on health and development, as well as functional oral treatments for sleep and breathing disorders, myofunctional disorders, TMD, and alternatives to traditional orthodontics in children and adults.   Dr. Montrose is passionate about his belief that by understanding his patients’ symptoms, targeting underlying root cause problems, and working with the body, it is possible to treat many of the symptoms plaguing today’s society without dependence exclusively on medication or overly invasive procedures.
